We offer tailored neurodiversity awareness training for management, leaders and staff and HR along with topic-specific webinars and bespoke ‘lunch & learn’ talks. Our training has a strong practical focus, giving the attendees a good understanding of the different neurotypes, the advantages of a diverse workplace, and a range of practical strategies to explore to support neurodivergent colleagues.

What you can expect
Training sessions are typically delivered live via video conference and are facilitated by our experienced consultants with lived experience of neurodivergence. They can range from 1-hour introductory awareness sessions to half day bespoke workshops. You will be provided with real-world examples and practical tolls and strategies. We always encourage questions and discussion throughout the sessions, to maximise engagement.
